Our returns and exchange policy is pretty simple. If you purchased a "Ready To Ship" item, you have seven days from the day you received it to return the item. Item must be in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. When returning an item, Carmine Jack Leather is not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping. We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance covering the full cost of the item being returned.
Items purchased using out Made To Order section are considered custom orders and are not subject to a return policy. If there is a manufacturing error caused by Carmine Jack Leather, we will fix the error.
Incorrect belt sizes that have been confirmed by the customer are not subject to any kind of returns or exchanges. We do everything in our power to make sure you sized your belt properly but at the end of the day we cannot control whether you listen to us or not.
